Jaxson lived a short life but impacted many.
He would have been the MVP of the Roanoke Rapids Hornets football team and the home run hitter of the Roanoke Rapids baseball team. He would have been the best basketball player at the Rec and the top fisherman on the Roanoke River, but he was the love of our lives.
There will not be a day that goes by he will not be remembered 100’s of times. We love you Jax now and forever.
He was preceded in death by his Sister, Jordan Hope Long, and Grandfather, Richard Long.
Surviving are his mother and father, Brittany and Richard E. Long, Brothers; Lucas Sweeley and Jaycob Long, Sisters; Lilly Sweeley and Caylee Long, Grandparents; Katie Long, David Bradford, Yvonne Vaughan, Darrin and Meredith Whitley, Aunts; Bessie Long, Makenna Whitley, Uncles; Ramah Long, Steven Bradford.
A Love Service will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018, at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Gaston, NC at 2:00 pm.
