Halifax County commissioners and the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District Board of Education made two key and sage appointments to the Halifax Community College Board of Trustees this week.
Deans Eatman, a Roanoke Rapids High School graduate and current senior at North Carolina State University, was appointed Tuesday by the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District Board of Trustees to serve on the Halifax Community College Board of Trustees.
