A second person charged in the Operation Rockfish police corruption case will be allowed pretrial release, according to the docket sheet contained in the federal court record.

“The court finds that there are conditions that can be imposed to reasonably assure the safety of the community and the appearance of defendant Crystal Pierce if released on conditions,” the record says. “The court reviews the order setting conditions of release with defendant Pierce and the third party custodians. Defendant Crystal Pierce released on conditions.”

Tosha Dailey was allowed release Thursday while Lann Tjuan Clanton, Ikeisha Jacobs, Jason Boone, Wardie Vincent Jr., Jimmy Pair Jr., Curtis Boone, Alphonso Ponton and Thomas Jefferson Allen II will remain in federal custody.

Meanwhile today, five others charged were ordered to remain in custody.

“Adrienne Moody, Antonio Tillmon, Alaina Sue-Kam-Ling are ordered detained and remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal,” the record said.

In a separate document, the record says, “The court allows the government's motion for detention as to defendants Cory Jackson and Kavon Phillips. The court finds by the preponderance of the evidence that there is no condition or set of conditions to reasonably assure the appearance of the defendants and by clear and convincing evidence that there is no condition or set of conditions to reasonably assure the safety of the community if the defendants were to be released before trial. Defendant's ordered detained and remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal.”
