Mrs. Crumpler is a native of Roanoke Rapids and a 1945 graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School.
She was married for 49 years to Roanoke Rapids native Richard Alton Crumpler, whom she had known since the first grade.
She was predeceased by her parents, Curtis and Marcus Lloyd Bryant of Roanoke Rapids.
Mrs. Crumpler is survived by three sons, Marc of Livermore, California, David of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and Tim of Antioch, California; a daughter, Amy Yarbrough of Carriere, Mississippi; and her sister in law, Kathleen Crumpler Hansley of Roanoke Rapids.
The family will receive friends at 12:00 P.M. at Wrenn, Clarke & Hagan Funeral and Cremation Service.
