He was born in Halifax County, son of the late Troy D. Livesay and Mary Rook Livesay. Mr. Livesay was a carpenter in which he and his brother formerly owned a carpentry business. He was a member of Gaston Church of Christ. He formerly enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Livesay, of the home; his son, Kevin Livesay and his companion, Diane, of Gaston; brother, Wayne Livesay and his wife, Frances, of Garysburg; sister, Marsha Eide and her husband, Bruce, of Hartsville, SC; granddaughters, Kalsey Livesay and her companion, Brian Vick, Kourtney Livesay, Lauren Livesay, Logan Livesay; great grandchildren, Tristian Wade and Brynleigh Vick.
A graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Cedarwood Cemetery.
