The Lady Vikings had six hits and left runners on base but still came up short o the scoreboard I the nonconference matchup against Lawrence.
It was the top of the fourth inning when Lawrence Academy scored their lone one run which turned out to be enough to beat Halifax 1-0.
Sydney Smith pitched the whole seven innings for the Vikings striking out 9 batters.
The hitter for the Lady Vikings were: Drew Rose with two singles, Karen Alston with a double while Sydney Smith, Ashlynn Liles and Carly West each had a single.
