The Jackets earned the 2A NCC win 5-1 over the Warren County Eagles.

Breanna Allen pitched the complete seven innings from the mound allowing three hits with 8 strike-outs.

The Lady Jackets had eight hits at the plate with two from Breanna Allen, while Brooke McClenney, Sierra Hearp, Jordan Carpenter, Hunter Martin, Abbi Carpenter and Camden Bierbauer each had one hit.

The Jackets traveled to Bunn Tuesday night for another 2A NCC match-up.

The Wildcats of Bunn would outlast the Lady Jackets 1-0.

Hunter Martin pitched 4 and 1/3 innings for the Lady Jackets allowing 3 hits and no strike-outs while Sierra Hearp pitched 1 and 2/3 innings allowing one run off one hit with four walks and one strike-out.

The Lady Jackets only had three hits in 25 at bats during the game leaving seven base runners on base. Jordan Carpenter, Abbi Carpenter and Brooke McClenney each had one hit.

The Lady Jackets travel to South Granville Friday.
