Rebecca “Becky” Ann Phillips, 56, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away at her home on Wednesday February 19, 2025.  

She was born on November 11, 1968, in Beaver, Pennsylvania.  

She was preceded in death by parents James and Cheada Phillips.

She is survived by her fiancé Brain Floyd, sister Abby Mckessy, brother Andy Phillips, nephew Tommy McKessy, special cousins Debbie Lang, Sherri McMinn and Harry Knopp and her “Fur Babies” Sunny, Stormy and Baby.
