For the third time this year the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office raided the residence of a man on Sugarberry Drive and lodged cocaine, meth and Suboxone counts against him.

Captain A.M. Harris said the search warrant for Kevin Ingram, 38, was executed shortly after 1 p.m. by the narcotics, investigative and patrol divisions. It was the third time since January 27 the house had been raided.

Agents seized methamphetamine, Suboxone strips and cocaine.

Agent H.G. Phillips arrested and charged Ingram with maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, felony possession of meth, possession with intent to sell/deliver meth, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine and simple possession of schedule III.

Ingram received a $40,000 bond and May 18 court date.
