The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is trying to identify the man pictured above who used a stolen ATM card at two locations in the city.

The card was used at the State Employees Credit Union ATM in the Forest Hills Shopping Center and the CVS adjacent to the machine.

The police department reported on its Facebook page this afternoon anyone with information is encouraged to call Captain Andy Jackson at 252-533-2810. Additionally, any one with information may call Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
