The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on people shown in the video below that stole a Roanoke Rapids victim’s credit card and used it on a gas-buying spree.

Detective O. Wiltsie said the credit card was stolen about two months ago. It is not clear how the card was stolen.

It was used to buy $500 worth of gas along Interstate 95 between Roanoke Rapids and Enfield.
