She was born in Northampton County, the daughter of the late Charlie Mayle and Dona Balmer Mayle.
Mrs. Mizell was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin Mizell.
She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Faucette (Donald), of Roanoke Rapids; son, Clifton Mizell, of Roanoke Rapids; brother, Willie Male, of Roanoke Rapids; grandchildren, Eric, Jeffrey, and Joshua Pittman, Stephen Mizell, Bryan Bissett, and Bridget Byrum; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 27, 2018, in the Chapel of Wrenn, Clarke, & Hagan Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Donald Faucette officiating. Burial will follow in the Rowell Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends this evening, Friday, January 26, 2018, at the funeral home from 7:00 until 8:30
