The Roanoke Rapids High Lady Yellow Jackets hosted the Durham School of the Arts Lady Bulldogs Thursday night.

The Jackets beat the Bulldogs Monday in Durham, but this time the Lady Jackets shutout the Lady Bulldogs 15-0 in three innings.

Cassidy Dickens pitched the three innings for the Lady Jackets allowing two hits, no runs, four strikeouts and no walks.

The Jackets rallied thirteen hits against the DSA. Caitlin Bobbitt lead the Jackets with a triple, single and three RBI's, Cassidy Dickens with two singles and one RBI, Bethany Lassiter with two singles and two RBI's, Courtney Rogerson with two singles and two RBI's, Taylor Kelly with two singles, McKenzie Richardson with a double and two RBI's, Kaitlin Rogerson with a single and two RBI's, Hannah Mosley with a single.

Every Lady Jacket was able to see playing time according to Jackets head coach Steve Milligan. Post game comments by coach Milligan, "Really excited for the team, a game like this helps the team moral as we are going into a very tough week next week."
