At age 74, Morgan competes with drivers born two years after he started receiving “Senior Discounts”.
Shepherd's NASCAR career started in 1967. Since then, he has accrued 19 wins in NASCAR’s top two series, capturing checkered flags for some of the sports most famous car owners. These days, Morgan runs his own operation and spends a lot of his time building the very cars he races. When it comes to racing, Morgan can do it all. However, racing is not all there is to Morgan Shepherd. Morgan is a devout Christian who runs a ministry and the Morgan Shepherd Charitable Fund which helps families in need.
