In the last operation of the day, Agent D. McKeel and Captain A.M. Harris went to the Evans Road and Windchase Lane area of Hollister to follow-up on drug complaints in the neighborhood shortly before 3 p.m..
Harris said in a statement agents could smell marijuana coming from the house as they talked to the resident.
Agents were denied consent to search. Assistance was requested while Harris applied for a search warrant, which was granted.
Agents D. Hundley, C. Dixon and Lieutenant H.G. Phillips with his dog, Josh, discovered approximately 6.5 grams of cocaine; 123.1 grams of marijuana and an unknown amount of currency. Drug paraphernalia including plastic bags and a digital scale were seized.
McKeel arrested and charged William Micheal Pulley, 23, of Hollister, for felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.
Pulley was given a $20,000 secured bond with a September 23 court date.

Around 11 a.m., Harris, Phillips, McKeel and Hundley went to a residence on Key Street to follow up on complaints.
During the written consent search agents seized marijuana, cocaine, and several items of drug paraphernalia consisting of a digital scale, razor blade, a pack of Cigarillos, JOB rolling papers, and several plastic bags.
Harris arrested and charged Jasper Laster, 54, of Key Street, for possession of marijuana up to a half-ounce, possess marijuana paraphernalia, possess drug paraphernalia, felony possession of cocaine, and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.
Laster was given a $5,000 secured bond with a September 23 court date.
