Dorothy Alice Sanders Moseley, 73, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Duke University Hospital.  

Mrs. Moseley was born on April 6, 1951, in Roanoke Rapids, the daughter of the late Mary Warren Sanders and Earl Richard Sanders.

Surviving include her husband Ronald Paige Moseley, her son Stephen Moseley (Tracy), her daughters Sharon Hudgins (Brandon) and Pam Freeman (Derick), her brother John Sanders (Kathy), her sisters Becky Merritt, Earline Waters, and Nancy Tippens (Norman), 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and her fur baby Petie.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service with Rev. Norman Tippens officiating.  

Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.  

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service.
