Karen Pepper Hedgepeth, 63, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday June 10, 2024.
Karen was born on October 29, 1960, in Halifax County.
Karen is survived by her father Dennis Pepper, her mother Letitia “Tish” Ward (William “Tick”), her brother William “Monk” Pepper (Lori), her niece Stephanie Heath (Brandon), Easton Heath, other family in Virginia, West Virginia and Florida, special friends Charles Ray Collier, Alan and Susan Mitchell and her church family and SECU banking family.

She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church where she served as the treasurer and in the women’s ministries.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday June 13, 2024, at 2:00pm at New Hope United Methodist Church, visitation will be 12:30pm to 1:30pm and interment will follow the service at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at 226 Davie School Road, Roanoke Rapids.
