Kathryn “Kat” Kincaid Price, 97, of Weldon, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 in her home.
Mrs. Price was born in Lenoir, NC, the daughter of the late Lois Rainey Kincaid and Clarence Kincaid. She was the widow of the late Forrest Price, Jr.
Mrs. Price worked in retail at Kittner’s in Weldon for 27 years.

Surviving include her daughter Susan Cox of Virginia Beach, VA; her son Forrest Price III (Regina) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her grandchildren: Kendall Wier (Justin), Julia Faison (Thomas), Michael Wells (Kim), and Jeffrey Wells (Blair); and her great grandchildren: Kylie Wells, Camren Wells, Mikaylie Wells, Fenton Wells, Jesse Wells, Emma Lanier, Ella Lanier, Wyatt Faison.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 2p.m. at Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon with Dr. Francis Kyle officiating.
