Robert Joseph Weitzel, Sr., 72, of Littleton passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at his home.

Robert was born June 25, 1950, in Wabash, Indiana to the late Donald William Weitzel, Jr and Margaret Jo Turpen. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard Lee Weitzel; his sister, Mary Margaret Hopkins.

Robert served his country in the United States Air Force.

Robert is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Jody Ann Weitzel; his sons, Robert Joseph Weitzel, Jr. and his wife Julie and Nicholas Alexander Weitzel and Ruby; his granddaughters, K. Erin Brose and  Anthony and Sydney Logan Weitzel; his great-grandchildren, Jackson Robert Bruno, Liam Thomas Swain and Lincoln Andrew Swain; his sister, Lynn Weitzel Hamilton and her husband Bob; his sisters-in-law, Mary Weitzel and Suzanne Gould and her husband Jim.
