Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Bullock Mills, 51, of Roanoke Rapids died unexpectedly on January 2, 2019.

Libby was born in Medina, Ohio on January 10, 1967 to Ronald Dan “Winkey” Bullock, Sr and Margaret Ann Cutlip Bullock; both of whom preceded her in death.

Libby attended the Church of Jesus Christ.  She was a manager for Big Al’s Supermarkets in Roanoke Rapids and Weldon.  Libby loved her family; her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life.  She was also known to be a “people” person.

Surviving are her son, Kenneth Mills and wife Breanna; daughter, Melissa Butler and husband Corey; grandchildren, Chloe, Sabrina, Alana, Corey Jr, and Annie; brothers, Tom Bullock, wife April, and their son Ayden, Richard Ray Bullock and sons Jacob and Cole, Ronnie Bullock and wife Susan and their children Austin, Justin and Raven; and sister, Teresa Shearin and husband Dean, and their sons Gary and Brad.

The service to celebrate the life of Libby Mills will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, January 6, 2019 in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Rick Jordan presiding.  Friends may visit with the family following the service.
