Mrs. Judy Moore Radford, 71, of Gaston, died Saturday morning, July 3, 2021 in Vidant North Hospital.
Judy was born in Halifax County on June 16, 1950, the daughter of Gerald Boulden and Rosa Lee Conner Boulden. Her father, Gerald; grandson, Brian Bradley; and sister, Gerta Lee, all preceded her in death.
Judy spent most of her career working with JP Stevens and Texfi as a twister operator. Following retirement, she worked as a sitter for homebound folks for as long as her own health permitted.
She enjoyed dancing and liked going to the Chattahoochee Club in Gaston.
Survivors include her mother, Rosa Boulden; husband, Charlie Radford; daughters, Tammy Bradley (Dennis), Renee Bradley (Barney), Tabatha Radford (Mike); step-daughter, Missy Tucker (Jr); grandchildren, Bubba Bradley, CJ Bradley, Tommy Bradley; step-grandchildren, Monica Tucker, Trevor Tucker, Cailyn Christopher, Alynn Christopher; great-grandchildren, Kimmie Shea, Hailey Bradley, Brinley Arthur, Bryson Arthur.
Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 – 7:30 pm Wednesday at Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Randy Martin presiding. Interment will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.
