Mrs. Ezelle Etheridge Holloman Pepper, 92, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Northampton Nursing Home in Jackson.

Born December 25, 1927 in Halifax County, she was a daughter of Claude Victor and Willie Rena Jordan Etheridge.  

Her parents; husbands, Calvin Holloman and Harold Pepper; a twin sister, Estelle Lynch; brothers, JV Etheridge, CC Etheridge, Bill Etheridge; and a half-sister, Fairy Jane Mason, all preceded her in death. 

Mrs. Pepper was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and was a real believer with a strong faith.  She was an avid reader, and also liked flowers and gardening. She also loved her cats.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Lawson (Greg) of Roanoke Rapids; sons, Vic Holloman (Patricia) of Nashville, NC, Gene Holloman of Emporia, VA, Toby Holloman (Staci) of Solomon, KS; grandchildren, Jamie Lawson Rivera (Patrick) of Apex, NC, Shane Holloman; sister-in-law, Linda Etheridge of Pikeville, NC.

The service for Mrs. Pepper will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, from the graveside at Crestview Memorial Cemetery, with Pastor Jamie Taylor presiding.  Friends may greet the family following the service.
