Belinda Kay Lyles Plyler, 59 of Littleton, NC passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. 

She was born in Halifax County in 1961 and was preceded in death by her father, Archie Herman Lyles and her brother, Archie Herman Lyles, Jr.

Kay was a 1980 graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and worked at Seagroves Nationwide Insurance Agency. 

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Plyler; her daughter, Crystal Gregory Pritchard and her husband, Kramer of Wake Forest, NC; her granddaughter, Lilly Pritchard; her grandsons; Kanen Pritchard and Banks Pritchard; her mother, Lorene Lyles of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her brother, Mike Lyles and his wife, Marlene of Roanoke Rapids, NC her niece, Michelle Imber and her husband, Chris of Fayetteville, her nephew, J.D. Lyles and his wife, Allison of Wilson, NC; her niece Cassie Otto and her husband, Josh Otto, of Clayton, NC; her niece Lindsey Goble and her husband, Thomas of Roanoke Rapids, NC and her nephew Colby Lyles and his wife, Emily of Roanoke Rapids; and her sister-in-law Marianne Elliot of Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11am at Roanoke Rapids First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Matthew Smith, Pastor Wesley Pritchard and Pastor Tereasa Pritchard officiating. 

Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 7-8:30 pm at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids, NC. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Pentecostal Holiness Church 145 Old Farm Road Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 in Kay's honor.
