A Weldon man wanted by the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office for a residential break-in in the Margaretsville area as well as Seaboard was located Thursday.

Captain Patrick Jaobs said 44-year-old Willie Suiter was located and arrested in the Seaboard area by Deputy R. Howard.

He received a $2,000 secured bond and has a first court appearance scheduled for February 24.

Jacobs reported that on Monday Sergeant A. Leitner obtained warrants on the man.

The warrants obtained by Leitner were pursuant to an investigation that began on February 11 for a report of a residential breaking and entering and larceny in Margarettsville.

Leitner developed evidence to charge Suiter with one count of breaking and entering a residence and one count of larceny after breaking and entering.

Suiter also had outstanding warrants for a previous breaking and entering investigated by Sergeant M. Deloatch.

This case began on November 5 where it was reported that someone had broken into a residence in Seaboard and a vehicle in the yard.

After investigation, Deloatch obtained warrants on Suiter on January 18 for one count of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, one count breaking and entering a residence, and one count larceny after breaking and entering.
