The board of trustees of the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 1 at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the boardroom at 536 Hamilton Street.

The purpose of the meeting is to hold a closed session pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes pertaining to personnel matters, to maintain the confidentiality of personnel records and to consult with the board’s attorney to preserve attorney-client privileged information.  

This will be the only item on the agenda.
