Roanoke Valley law enforcement reported the following:

Captain A.M. Harris reported on Wednesday shortly after 6 p.m., narcotics agents were in the area of Bolling Road when they noticed an alleged known meth dealer in the area.
Two agents reportedly noticed the hand-to-hand deal take place in the parking lot of a local business.
Agents C.A. Parker and D.J. Epperson stopped the woman a short distance away from where the deal took place as Deputy Rebecca Elder conducted a traffic stop on the man.
The woman was identified as Heather Pierce, 27, of Oakland Street.
Pierce was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance.
During the traffic stop involving Brian Thomas Vick, 26, of Roanoke Rapids, a canine was requested.
During the search, methamphetamine, approximately 5.5 grams of fentanyl, approximately 3.5 grams of cocaine and mushrooms were seized. Needles, scales, glass smoking pipes, a .22-caliber handgun and currency was also seized.
Vick was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver fentanyl, felony possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of firearm by felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pierce received a written promise to appear and Vick received a $46,000 bond. Both have July 15 court dates.

Harris said in April agents conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Vick was operating on Davie Smith Street at Highway 158 for a motor vehicle violation.
During the encounter more than 14 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl, suboxone, three dosage units of buprenorphine hydrochloride,four dosage units of clonazepam, several items of drug paraphernalia and the vehicle was seized. Vick was charged with several drug counts.

On Monday shortly after 7 p.m. Ball and Parker were in the area of Bolling Road when Halifax County Central Communications gave out a call about three individuals acting suspicious at a local business.
Agents encountered Dallas Owen Hollowell, 27, of Stephens Street.
Hollowell was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl.
He received a $1,000 bond with a June 17 court date.
Roanoke Rapids Police Department
Investigative Sergeant Gorton Williams said the police department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person in the larceny of Corona beer which occurred around 3:15 a.m. at New Dixie on Highway 125.
Two 12-packs were stolen on May 31.
