Gerald Whitaker and Luther Allen “Worm” Terry were both remanded to remain in federal custody until their detention hearings set for Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Greenville.
Whitaker, of Scotland Neck, faces two federal counts of selling heroin while Terry, of Weldon, faces two federal counts of selling crack within 1,000 feet of Weldon High School, according to the indictment filed in the court system.
