Law enforcement continues to search for two people wanted in a series of vehicle break-ins at schools across the area.

Today, Lieutenant Charles Vaught of the Roanoke Rapids Police Department released new photos of two men. A woman pictured in an earlier story on the matter was ruled out as a suspect.

The break-ins had been occurring since May 1and the last one Roanoke Rapids police received was on May 26.

Several credit cards were taken in these crimes and were used to buy gift cards in varying amounts.

Vaught said investigators are unable to determine at this time whether the men in the photos are local.
