Boswell was charged with maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance; possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was jailed on $5,000 bond and assigned an April 22 court date.
Meanwhile today, the task force assisted marshals in locating Hassan Todd, 27, who has a parole violation from New Jersey.
Hasty said Todd has been in Roanoke Rapids for at least two days and perhaps longer.
