Roanoke Rapids police are looking for the man pictured above who picked up a backpack containing personal items of the victim.
The theft of the bag occurred at Walmart on February 22 between 10:30 a.m, and 11 a.m., according to Investigator Frankie Griffin.
The bag had been placed on the floor for a few seconds before it was taken.
