The Northampton County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

On June 11, Deputy Patrick Jacobs arrested Lynn Tyjuan Clanton, 30, of Garysburg on an outstanding order for arrest from Nash County.

Deputy Jacobs searched Clanton after he was arrested. Deputy Jacobs reportedly found Clanton to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Clanton was charged with simple possession of marijuana and was given a $500 bond and a court date of July 7.

The Order for Arrest from Nash County was for larceny. Clanton was given a $750 bond a court date of June 30 in Nash County.

On June 13, Jacobs responded to Maple Street in Garysburg about a domestic disturbance.

Deputy Jacobs spoke with the caller about removing Jayvon Hyde, 24, of Garysburg, from the residence.

The caller told Deputy Jacobs that Hyde was trying to assault them and was causing a disturbance in the house.

Hyde left the residence at the request of the caller and law enforcement. He was told not to come back to the residence.

Deputy Jacobs left the residence but was called back a short time later and found Hyde in the yard. Deputy Jacobs arrested and charged Hyde with trespassing. Due to the domestic nature of the case, he was held without the opportunity for bond until a July 7 court date.

On June 14, Deputy Jeff Allen responded to Tomahawk Trail in Woodland for a disturbance.

Deputy Allen spoke with Bobbie Eley, 50, about the matter.

She told Deputy Allen that she wanted someone removed from the residence.

Deputy Allen told Eley how she could have someone evicted from the residence.

Deputy Allen left the residence only to be called back a short time later. When Deputy Allen arrived back at the residence Eley had reportedly thrown some property of the person she wanted out in the front yard causing damage to it.

Deputy Allen arrested and charged Eley with injury to personal property.

Eley was given a $500 bond and a court date of July 3.

On June 14, Deputy William James responded to Moore Rook Lane in Garysburg for a disturbance. Deputy James spoke with the caller about the incident; the caller wanted Frankea Alesha Dabbs, 20, of Garysburg removed from the residence.

While Deputy James was at the residence he conducted a warrant check on Dabbs. The check showed that she had an order for arrest from Wake County.

During the process of escorting Dabbs out of the residence she reportedly ran and attacked the caller in the presence of Deputy James and Deputy Jacobs.

Deputy James and Deputy Jacobs arrested and charged Dabbs for assault and battery.

Dabbs was given a $2,000 bond a court date of June 30 for the assault and battery charge.

 

Dabbs was given a $2,500 bond and a court date of July 1 for the Wake County charges.
