The Northampton County Sheriff’s Office conducted the Spring Cleaning warrant roundup on Friday. “This operation involved numerous local, counties and state agencies working together to serve warrants,” Sheriff Jack Smith said in a statement.
The following individuals were arrested during the operation:
• Donald Ray Mitchell, 48, of Potecasi, on an order for arrest from Chowan County. His bond was $1,500.
• Tyrell Camar Debraux, 34, of Woodland, on charges of financial card theft, larceny and possession of stolen goods. His bond was $6,000.
• Michael Wayne Hendricks, 46, of Seaboard on an order for arrest from Nash County. His bond amount was $500.
• Jermaine Roger Garner, 24, of Seaboard, on an order for arrest from Nash County. His bond was $500.
• Jeffrey Brad Timberlake II, 29, of Woodland, on charges of identity theft, trafficking in stolen IDs, felony conspiracy and trespassing. His bond was $35,500.
• Joshua Hoggard, 21, of Margaretttsville, on two counts of injury to personal property. His bond was $1,000.
• Jacob Antwane Davis, 32, of Rich Square, on a probation violation and order for arrest for child support. His bonds were $400 cash and $2,000.
• Damien Phillip Robinson, 20, of Garysburg, on charges of assault on a female and communicating threats. He was jailed without the opportunity for bond on a domestic hold.
• Shawntavis Monte Banks, 23, of Garysburg, on an order for arrest on child support. His bond was $250 cash.
• Javonte High, 20, of Gaston, on charges of common law robbery, assault and battery and a probation violation. His bond was $24,0000.
• Tyrone Johnson, 28, of Courtland, Virginia, on charges of resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. His bond was $500.
• Kelly Greene Cutright, 25, of Conway on a charge of trespassing. Her bond was $500.
“The Northampton County Sheriff's Office would like to thank all the different agencies that assisted in this operation,” Smith said in the statement. “We will continue to conduct these types of operations and other operations to make Northampton County a safer place to live and work.”
The agencies included the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office, Roanoke Rapids, Jackson, Gaston and Rich Square police departments; North Carolina Highway Patrol; North Carolina Department of Public Safety Community Corrections Division; North Carolina Department of Public Safety Division of Prisons; Northampton County Emergency Operations Telecommunication Center and the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts.
“They all pulled to together to make the operation successful,” Smith said.
