The last suspect in a Jackson kidnapping and assault case called to surrender to Northampton County Sheriff's Office deputies Monday, Sheriff Jack Smith said in a statement.

Deputies Marcel Goffington and Justine Wilkins, along with Sergeant Jimmy Pair, arrested Jonathan Gary, 32, on outstanding warrants in the case on Urquhart Road around 9 p.m.

He faces charges of kidnapping, assault inflicting serious injury, two counts of false imprisonment, and two counts of simple assault. He was jailed on $59,000 bond and will have a first court appearance February 27.

His brothers were arrested the morning of the February 17 matter.
