The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the woman pictured in a surveillance photo in a case involving the theft of a wallet stolen from the Dollar General Store.

Detective O.L. Wiltsie said the wallet was on the counter of the Bolling Road store when it was taken around noon today. It was not clear whether the victim was still present when the wallet was taken.
