Jacob Davis had his probation revoked in Halifax County Superior Court this week.
The probation revocation comes after he was charged in a string of crimes following an initial plea agreement struck in April of last year.
The charges in that plea arrangement centered mainly on crimes associated with the breaking and entering of Stanley White Presbyterian Church the year before.
Davis still has other charges pending in court, judicial officials confirmed.
In the April plea agreement Davis was to spend years on probation with the first nine months on intensive probation.
The breach of that agreement meant prsion for up to 158 months, Judge Alma Hinton ordered at the time.
