Investigation into unlawful criminal enterprise resulted in two arrests on Daniels Street Tuesday.

Roanoke Rapids Police Chief Jeff Hinton said James Rodsie Trotter, 30, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was jailed on $7,500 bond.

Charles Jamael Moore, 39, was charged on several marijuana counts and was jailed on $10,000 bond.

Police confiscated 358 grams of marijuana packaged for sale in plastic bags and 36 grams of pot in a jar.

He was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
