The Village View Foundation will hold the Village View Fall Fest Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at 221 Briggs Street in Emporia.
The family-friendly festival combines autumn celebration with historic preservation in support of maintaining Emporia’s 1790s Village View Mansion.
Sophie Taylor and Brett Harris will perform live music and there will be local artisan vendors with handmade crafts, Cajun jambalaya from the local VFW and food vendors serving local favorites.

There will be children’s crafts and fall-themed games plus historical tours of the Village View Manor House.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Village View Foundation, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring this historic landmark.
This year’s fundraising efforts will specifically support much-needed repairs to the back porches and structural supports of the property.
Admission to the Fall Fest is free, with donations encouraged to support restoration efforts.
