From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., C4EE welcomes veterans, elected officials, community leaders and the public to a free Veterans Day program on November 6 at 460 Airport Road in Roanoke Rapids, to recognize the roles of these individuals for their service to the country.

The free event is open to the public and a light lunch will be served.
The Halifax County Health Department will also host a flu shot clinic and provide health information.
Veda Kay Forte will give the keynote address.
