The Roanoke Rapids High School Yellow Jackets 2018-19 football team hit Hoyle field for the first action Friday night playing host to Southampton County Virginia and North Pitt teams.
The Yellow Jackets open the season Friday August 17th on the road across the river at Northampton County Jaguars den.
