Halifax Academy JV Lady Vikings traveled to Henderson to battle Faith Christian Saturday morning for the CIC tournament Championship.

Halifax girls won the regular season conference with Faith Christian as runner-ups.

With a 17-17 tie at half-time the Lady Viking were facing a battle against the Lady Patriots.

The Lady Patriots would earn the win and tournament 36-27 with Halifax Academy CIC tournament runner-ups.

Leading scorers for Halifax were: Emerson Poole with 13 points, Ashton Garner with 6 points, Lizbeth Dickens with 4 points, Ashlynn Liles with 2 points and Kayla Gaertner with 2 points.
