The Roanoke Rapids based "Swarm" a 17U/18U AAU travel basketball team earned a bid to the MBA State Championship & then eearned the Championship this past weekend.

On July 18 Swarm 17u/18u AAU basketball team traveled to Durham and went undefeated to capture first place and qualify for the MBA State Championship. Then on this past Saturday August 1st, the Swarm team traveled to Fort Bragg to capture 1st. place in the MBA State Championship.
