New Day Fitness took Northern High School by storm Saturday in Durham in the "8th Annual GK Classic".

The Roanoke Valley was well represented in the 8th Annual GK Classic Bodybuilding, Bikini Figure & Physique Championships, with four competing and all four brining home some trophies.

Denetta Love won 1st Master Figure, Jessica Watts 2nd open Bikini, Julie Perdue 1st Figure Tall, Tonya Hasty 3rd Masters women Bikini. All trained nutrition by Tammy Crowley-Deloatch, personal trained by Paula Crowley with workouts equals a great Mom and Daughter team at New Day Fitness.
