The Roanoke Valley Girls Softball League Under 8 all-star team traveled to Ahoskie Friday to open the EAC U8 All-star Tournament.
The Roanoke Valley girls beat Dare County 16-13 in the opening game. The girls return Saturday for second round with a 11AM game time.
