This past Thursday storms leaves wet fields in Elizabeth City.
The Roanoke Valley Girls Softball League U8 All-stars were set to start the Little League District 4 Tournament in Elizabeth City Friday, but due to all the rains they recieved at the fields the tournament had to be moved to start on Monday July 14th now.
