In a fight for second place in minor league play the Deacons beat the Bishops 3 to 1.

The deacons were lead by the arm of Davis Liverman who only gave up one run to Cole Eure who had a home-run.

The deacons scored one run in the third on Davis Livermans triple and a stolen base home by Davis.

The deacons added two more runs in the bottom of the fifth.
