Weekend soccer champions
Morgan Davis and Madison Suiter from the Roanoke Valley area were part of travel soccer champions this weekend.
Both local girls play on the East Wake U13 Classic team based out of Raleigh. The team traveled to Wilmington for the “seaside classic” this weekend.
They played four games this weekend and 3 of those were shutouts and the only points scored against them were 2 in the championship game in which they won 3 to 2.
