Minor League:  

Fans saw yet another exciting game that came down to the last inning.  

The Elders jumped out to a quick 5-2 lead after the 1st inning.  

The Halos battled back to tie the game at 5-5 after 3 innings of play, and the game remained knotted after 4, sending the teams to a 5th and final inning.

The Halos took the lead on a Wade Jenkins home-run and scored 4 in the inning.  

Drew Williams took the hill in the bottom of the 5th and struck out the side to secure the victory 9-5 for the Halos. 

Chase Nelson and Drew Williams pitched in the win.  Jenkins, Carter Pair, and Jacob Edenbeck all had hits for the Halos.

Savion Cole and Wesley Boerner pitched for the Elders.  Aric Stewart had 2 hits, with Landen Birdsong and Eli Mason each getting one hit each.

The Angels and the Bishops was another great game between two good teams.

The Bishops held off a come back by the Angels and won 6 to 4.

Aj Strickland, Ben Schmaltz, Jake Merritt and Cole Eure pitched for the Bishops

Major league:  Ricky Lee of the Elders at short making a throw to 1st for the out. Elders defeated the Saints, 14 to 7.

Senior league: Jake VanDam at bat for the Rockies. Rockies defeated the Orioles.
