Roanoke Rapids Soccer wins on senior night.
Roanoke Rapids hosted South Granville Wednesday night at Hoyle field.
Chloe Wilson scored first for Roanoke Rapids 15 minutes into the match, then South Granville tied it up 30 minutes into the match on a corner kick.
Chloe Wilson scored her second goal of the game with Harley Shearin scoring with 18 seconds before the half. This giving Roanoke Rapids a 3-1 lead at half-time.
Laura Murray scored a goal with 5 minutes remaining in the match.
Roanoke Rapids went on to win the match 4-1 and improves to 11-3 overall and 9-1 in conference play.
Roanoke Rapids will host NCSSM Friday May 9th for their last regular season game.
Side Note: It has been a great pleasure to cover you four girls over the years. I have seen you either the Volley ball, basketball and even the softball field over the past four years.
