Halifax JV deal with rain and sleet in win

Halifax Academy JV baseball faced Faith Christion in there opening round of Halifax Academy's 2013 Easter Tournament. Halifax had to fight from behind several times, but would go on to win 10-6. Brandon Moody pitched the entire game, striking out 6 batters abnd gave up only 4 walks and earned the win.

At the plate Moody, Holt Gordon, Eric Hockaday and Reid Mizelle each hit two singles. Evan Dail and Jarrett Snipes each hit one single, while the big stick of the game was Logan King with a double and two singles.

Due to the rain, Halifax Academy will face Chaloner Middle Friday in second round play.
