Two teams earn 1st place

Roanoke Rapids Ultimate Cheer traveled to Raleigh this past weekend to compete in the "King of the Jungle".

All three teams represented Ultimate Cheer, they were the mini, youth, and senior teams.

Mini and Youth teams placed first in their divisions and senior team placed fifth.

"Our girls did great and I am super proud, I can't wait to see how we take what we've learned and apply it to our routines in 2 weeks, " said instructor Jessica Clements.
